Who is rocVape For?

rocVape® products can be used by anyone who is 18 years of age or older. It should not be used by children; pregnant or breast feeding women; people with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes; or people taking medication for asthma or depression. Please consult your physician before using any vaping products.

Do you ship internationally?

We are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $49. All the orders under $49 will be charged a flat rate of $15 only. This applies to not only the UK and USA, but also to most other countries and areas.

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours upon order confirmation. Fast shipping by DHL which cost normally 3 working days to be delivered. All shipping times are estimated. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that are not within our control (weather, electricity, delivery delays by the carriers).

All international shipments are subject to duties and fees when crossing borders. Generally, Brokerage fees will be required and customs may impose duties and taxes based on the value of the goods. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer. Please be advised that these fees are normal and are often times applied to shipments that ship internationally. We currently do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Boxes.

I cannot enter my coupon code

If you are experiencing an issue when entering your coupon code, DO NOT PROCESS YOUR PAYPAL. Please contact our customer support department and one of our representatives will help you and process your order with your coupon code/discount.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you process your order we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Once your order is placed and confirmed it immediately gets processed through our automated warehouse processing. This ensures that we are capable of shipping your order quickly and efficiently getting you your products as soon as possible.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 business hours for processing & handling (including and other expedited services). In most instances, all orders are usually shipped same-day. Orders processed through the weekend will be processed on Mondays of the following week. Shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all orders of $49 or more, once all discounts and promotions have been applied. If your order is over $49 after all discounts and promotions have been applied, and you did not receive free shipping, please contact our customer support department to speak with a representative who will gladly assist you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed & shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number enclosed. You can track your package by visiting the URL that our email send and entering the tracking number you were provided with, to see your expected arrival date. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updated information.
